WHAT IS COACHING

Coaching is a rapidly growing method for helping others to improve, manage life changes and personal challenges, learn new skills and find personal success. Life coaching, performance coaching or personal coaching - different terms are used - is an effective process that is helpful for all situations, and particularly in looking at personal and professional lifestyle. It is different to training in a variety of ways –

How does it Work?

The coach will explore with the client the current situation, and through a variety of techniques identify what the client wants to achieve. The client will then set goals and identify required outcomes with a plan and a way forward towards achievement.
